3D scan of an F1 car
We scanned the 2019 RedBull F1 car to create a virtual model of the car using over 3500 markers. This enables us to provide accurate measurements of the engine bay and create custom carbon fiber parts that fit perfectly to the car.
Porsche 996 Turbo: Ongoing Project
An ongoing build featuring custom carbon fiber components, Cerakote coating, powder coating, and performance upgrades for a Porsche 996 Turbo.
Cerakote application on vice
We were commissioned to Cerakote a vice with a commemorative design in respect of a local family business.
Powder coating of custom metal rails
We were commissioned to provide a powder coating service to a custom metal rail system in a Candy red finish.
Spoiler Riser for R-32 GT-R
We were commissioned to re-create a custom riser compatible with a Nissan GT-R spoiler to raise the spoiler for improved airflow over the spoiler. We duplicated the legacy parts with custom tooling based on a 3D scan and in-house manufacturing.
Cerakote wheels for a Factory Corvette racecar
We were commissioned to provide a Cerakote application to the magnesium wheels of a Factory Corvette racecar in carbon black finish.
Rapid prototyping of a vortex generator for an LMP3 car
One of our clients wanted to test the performance of an alternative material and build of a vortex generator for an LMP3 car. We were able to quickly copy and prototype several options using 3D printing.
